The Knowledge Culture

He believes that knowledge, with its potential for wisdom, can foster intercultural understanding and cooperation among people of all backgrounds. Digital technology can support this by enabling global knowledge flow and remote learning. Based on the widespread availability of knowledge, he emphasizes the need for a Knowledge Culture Layer (KCL) - a cultural umbrella  that transcends national and international differences, enabling people to work together peacefully while upholding objectivity, equity, fairness, and ethical behavior.   This requires an environment that integrates education and knowledge with intercultural ethics and wisdom to promote well-being  for all.
